James began his career in real estate just a year ago, but his path quickly shifted from retail real estate to investing. After purchasing his first duplex and house-hacking to build equity and cash flow, James gained hands-on experience analyzing deals, managing tenants, and navigating the realities of property ownership. That real-world perspective now fuels the way he advises clients — especially first-time buyers, house-hackers, and investors who want to turn real estate into a long-term wealth-building tool.
Focused primarily on the Twin Cities East Metro, including Saint Paul, Maplewood, White Bear Lake, and Cottage Grove, James knows these neighborhoods inside and out. With a background in social work, James brings strong communication, negotiation skills, and a people-first mindset to every deal — helping clients succeed even in competitive, multiple-offer markets.
