Since becoming licensed in 2019, Shong Moua has built a career rooted in service, strategy, and a genuine love of helping people achieve milestones they once thought were out of reach. As a Realtor® with LPT Realty and active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Shong specializes in guiding first-time buyers, step-up sellers, and investors through every step of the process.

His expertise covers a wide range of real estate opportunities, including distressed homes, off-market deals, custom new construction with low down payments, and rental properties. He also brings a unique niche focus—helping seniors transition from Minnesota to Florida (The Villages)—while connecting clients nationwide through trusted referral networks.

Shong’s path to real estate wasn’t linear. Originally studying biology with plans for medicine, he spent years teaching English in South Korea, where he discovered his passion for guiding and empowering people. That same drive now fuels his mission in real estate: helping clients move past fear and uncertainty to realize that homeownership, equity, and financial freedom are possible—even without “perfect” conditions.

For Shong, the best moments are when clients realize they can own a home, build wealth, and create stability. His philosophy is simple: “You don’t have to have it all together—just start.”

Known locally for his community involvement and client appreciation events, Shong also invests heavily in his own growth, having studied under leaders like Thach Nguyen (Springboard to Wealth) and attended multiple Tony Robbins events.
