Since becoming licensed in 2019, Shong Moua has built a career rooted in service, strategy, and a genuine love of helping people achieve milestones they once thought were out of reach. As a Realtor® with LPT Realty and active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Shong specializes in guiding first-time buyers, step-up sellers, and investors through every step of the process.

Shong's path to real estate wasn't linear. Originally studying biology with plans for medicine, she spent years teaching English in South Korea, where she discovered her passion for guiding and empowering people. That same drive now fuels her mission in real estate: helping clients move past fear and uncertainty to realize that homeownership, equity, and financial freedom are possible — even without "perfect" conditions.
